An all-in-one mobile workspace for teams to manage sold jobs, schedules, and repair assignments with quick-fill material ordering.

Who is Field Pro for?

Field Pro is built for small trade companies — roofing, plumbing, electrical, and similar contractor businesses — and the people who run them: owners, office staff, salespeople, and repair or install crews.

What trades does Field Pro support?

Field Pro is built around workflows every trade company uses: capturing leads, sending estimates customers sign, scheduling crews, tracking repairs, and invoicing. It is not limited to roofing — see the Who It’s For pages for how different trades use it.

What modules are available?

Three, sold separately or bundled: Operations (sold jobs, scheduling, repairs, warranties, material lists, and reports), Leads (intake, assignment with accept/decline, follow-up reminders, and reporting), and Estimates (branded estimates, inspection reports, invoices, and signatures).

How much does Field Pro cost?

Each product — Operations, Leads, Estimates, or the Complete bundle — comes in Basic, Teams, and Pro tiers, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. Registering your company starts a 14-day free trial with every Pro feature unlocked — no payment card required. You can add a card later from Settings if you decide to keep using Field Pro.

What happens when the trial ends?

If no plan has been purchased, your workspace becomes read-only: everything you entered stays visible, but new records and edits are locked until your company buys a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.

How do team members get accounts?

Your company owner or admin invites people by email from the Team page and assigns each person a role — office, sales, repair, or subcontractor. Permissions in the app follow those roles and the settings your admin controls.

What devices does Field Pro work on?

Field Pro is a web app that runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and desktops, designed mobile-first. On iPhone and Android you can add it to your home screen and use it full-screen like an installed app.

Can customers sign estimates electronically?

Yes. Customers can sign on your salesperson’s phone in person, or open a no-login link from an email or text and sign from their own device. Signed estimates are saved to the estimate record.

What happens after a customer approves an estimate?

An approved estimate can be routed into a Sold Job or a Repair with one tap, and it can be turned into an invoice. Work flows forward without re-typing customer and job details.

How do inspections work?

You build inspection reports from templates — sections, questions, and photo fields. Reports are saved as drafts, marked complete when done, and can be shared with customers or others through a no-login link.

How does scheduling work?

The schedule shows sold jobs, repairs, and lead appointments on a calendar. Office staff add crew dates with notes, and crews see their assignments. Schedule items can also sync to a connected Google Calendar.

How do invoices and payments work?

Invoices can be created from approved estimates or jobs, or manually. You record payments against the invoice with an optional proof photo, and the balance updates automatically. Payment reminder emails can be sent manually or automatically when an invoice is overdue.

Do customers need an account to view shared documents?

No. Estimates, invoices, inspection reports, and review requests are shared as links that open in a browser without any sign-in.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your company owner manages the plan from Settings, including cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges, and paid features remain available through the end of the current billing cycle. Billing runs through Stripe.

How is my company’s data handled?

Each company’s records are isolated from every other company’s, and users only see records their role allows. You can request an export or deletion of your data through support. See the Privacy Policy for details, including cookies and your cookie choices.

Can I send estimates and invoices by text as well as email?

Yes. Estimates, invoices, and inspection reports can be shared by email, by text, or as a link you copy and paste. The customer opens the link in any browser and can sign or approve right from their phone — no account needed.

Does Field Pro connect to QuickBooks?

Yes. You can connect your QuickBooks account and push invoices and jobs to it when you reconcile, with the QuickBooks invoice number saved back onto the record. The connection is managed by your company admin from Settings.

Can Field Pro sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. When you connect your Google Calendar, schedule items, repairs, and lead appointments are added to your own calendar and stay in sync — later changes update the same event instead of creating duplicates. Each team member connects their own calendar from Settings.

What are material lists?

A material list is the parts-and-materials rundown for a sold job or repair, built from your saved templates. The office receives and reviews each list, and it can be printed, exported as a PDF, or emailed to a supplier. If a list changes after the job was received, the office is flagged to review it again.

What happens when a job is marked paid?

Marking a job paid can trigger an automatic Google review request email to the customer. The customer rates your work out of 5 stars; low ratings open a feedback form that goes to your office, not to Google.

Can more than one salesperson work a lead or job?

Yes. One salesperson is primary and gets sales credit in reports, and additional salespeople can be tagged on the same estimate or job — they can view and edit it, and their access follows them without changing who gets credit.

How do notifications work?

Each user has a notification bell in the app for things like new assignments, completed repairs, and sold jobs. Companies can also route alerts to a shared office inbox, either instantly or as one daily summary email, and each user controls which alert types they receive.

Are documents branded with my company’s logo?

Yes. Estimates, invoices, and inspection reports show your company name, logo, license numbers, and contact details. Customers only ever see the customer-facing parts — internal costs, markups, and notes are never included on shared documents.

Can crews add photos from the job site?

Yes. Crews and project managers add photos from their phone, and on sold jobs and repairs those photos can be grouped as production photos, permits, dump tickets, receipts, or payments — each stamped with the time and location it was captured.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Every company gets a Refer a Friend link from Settings. When another contractor signs up through it, you earn a credit toward your own subscription.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted right away. When a subscription ends, your company’s records stay visible but the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is purchased again. You can also request an export of your data through support at any time.
