Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Field Pro, including the web app and mobile apps. By creating an account, being invited to a company workspace, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.

2. The service

Field Pro is a field operations workspace for trades companies. It lets company teams manage sold jobs, schedules, repair assignments, material lists, and reports. Features available to your company depend on the subscription plan it is enrolled in.

3. Accounts and company workspaces

Each company workspace is created and managed by a company administrator, who invites users by email and assigns their roles. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activities carried out under your account.

You confirm that the information you enter about your customers and jobs is accurate and that you have the right to enter it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Company workspaces subscribe to one of the available plans (Basic, Premium, or Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Plan features and current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

New companies may start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial, and the subscription automatically charges the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before it does.

All subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing cycle until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges and your paid features continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies’ data, interfere with the service’s operation, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts or workspaces that violate these rules.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data your company enters into the service (jobs, customer details, photos, notes, and reports). We process that data only to provide the service to you. Because each workspace holds your own records, you are responsible for entering and maintaining them accurately.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its design are owned by the service operator and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service for your business while your subscription is active — nothing more.

8. Third-party services

Payments and subscription billing are processed by a third-party payment provider. When you check out, your payment details are handled by that provider under its own terms, and we only receive your subscription status and billing plan.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the service reliable, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that it fits any particular purpose beyond its described functionality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees your company paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or a material breach of these terms. When a subscription ends, paid features are disabled but your company data remains accessible in accordance with your plan’s terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms can be sent to the company contact email shown in your workspace Settings. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
