These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Field Pro, including the web app and its home-screen app use on phones. By creating an account, being invited to a company workspace, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
Field Pro is a field operations workspace for trades companies. It lets company teams capture and manage leads, create and send estimates and inspection reports, schedule work, track repairs and material lists, create invoices, and record payments. Features available to your company depend on the subscription plan it is enrolled in.
Each company workspace is created and managed by a company administrator, who invites users by email and assigns their roles. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activities carried out under your account.
You confirm that the information you enter about your customers and jobs is accurate and that you have the right to enter it. You are responsible for your own customer relationships, the prices and work descriptions you publish, the inspections and reports you create, and any agreements you make with your customers — Field Pro provides the software for those documents but is not a party to them.
Company workspaces subscribe to one of the available products — Operations, Leads, Estimates, or the Complete bundle — each with Basic, Teams, or Pro tiers, billed monthly or yearly. Plan features and current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
New companies start with a 14-day free trial with every Pro feature unlocked. No payment card is required to begin the trial, and nothing is charged during it. If no plan is purchased when the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays visible but new records and edits are locked until a plan is purchased.
All subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing cycle until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges, and paid features remain available through the end of the current billing cycle. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Payment details you enter at checkout are handled by that provider under its own terms; Field Pro receives only your subscription status and billing plan.
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies’ data, interfere with the service’s operation, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts or workspaces that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the data your company enters into the service (leads, jobs, customer details, photos, documents, signatures, notes, and reports). We process that data only to provide the service to you. Each company’s workspace is isolated from other companies’, and you are responsible for entering and maintaining your records accurately.
On request, we will help you export or delete your company data. Deletion removes records from the service, subject to legal retention requirements.
Estimates, invoices, inspection reports, and review pages can be shared with your customers through no-login links, and customers can sign electronically in person or through those links.
Electronic signatures in Field Pro are provided for convenience and record-keeping. Whether a signature is legally binding depends on applicable law and the circumstances of its use; Field Pro does not guarantee the legal effect of any signature in every situation.
You may connect the service to your own Google Calendar (schedule sync) and QuickBooks account (invoice export), using your own authorization for each. Those connections use your account under the provider’s own terms.
Connections listed as “in development” — such as online customer payments, aerial measurement reports, or financing — are not live features of the service and are described only as planned.
The service, its software, and its design are owned by the service operator and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service for your business while your subscription is active — nothing more.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the service reliable, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that it fits any particular purpose beyond its described functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees your company paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so is not permitted by law.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or a material breach of these terms. When a subscription ends, paid features are disabled but your company data remains accessible in accordance with your plan’s terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the current version and its effective date are always available on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
