Account information: your name, email address, role, and the company workspace you belong to.
Workspace data: the business records you and your team enter, such as customer names, job and repair addresses, phone numbers, notes, photos, material lists, and schedule entries.
Subscription information: your company’s plan, billing cycle, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by our third-party payment provider and are never stored by us.
Usage information: basic technical and diagnostic data (such as device and log information) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use the information to provide and maintain the service, process your subscription, send in-app notifications and service emails (such as password resets and invitations), provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to run the service: with the payment provider that processes subscriptions, with the infrastructure and email providers that host and deliver the service, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users. Your company’s workspace records are isolated per company and are not shared between companies.
We keep your information while your account and company workspace are active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting your company administrator or the support contact in Settings. Deleting a company or account removes its records from the service, subject to legal retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls that restrict each user to their own company’s data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact the support contact shown in Settings and we will respond within a reasonable period.
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Questions about this policy can be sent to the company contact email shown in your workspace Settings.
